MN Brass Indoor ( PIO class) (1st- 84.95) came the farthest distance of any competitor, and went home happy after moving up a place from prelims. “Persian” was set on an elaborate floor resembling an exquisite oriental rug in a rich mosaic pattern. During one memorable sequence, the ladies of the cymbal line lounged like princesses on top of the battery members, who teamed up with poses reminiscent of the expensive furniture in a sultan’s opulent palace.
