Congratulations to The Blue Devils A (World Class) and Blue Devils B (Open Class) Drum and Bugle Corps, 2009 DCI World Champions! The Blue Devils organization made DCI history, having both of its Drum Corps finish with undefeated seasons. The Blue Devils B took the gold with a score of 95.5, also winning high brass (19.1) and high percussion (19.3). The Blue Devils A won their championship with a score of 99.05, missing the world record by only .1. The Blue Devils A also won high percussion with a score of 19.8, completing an undefeated season in the percussion caption - a feat which has not been accomplished in DCI in 35 years.
