Willson UK Euphonium Artist Charley Brighton will premiere a brand new solo by Darrol Barry in his next solo recital at St. Mary’s, Slough in November.
Entitled Cloud Nine, it will be performed with Malcolm Stowell on piano, and the arrangements for brass and wind bands will follow shortly.

Charley was delighted to be asked by Darrol personally and the music will join two other premieres that day (November 3rd.) a new Aragonaise by Joe Miserendino from Pennsylvania, and a duet version of Fly Me to the Moon by English arranger Terry Treherne for E flat Tenor Horn/Euphonium/Piano.

Prior to that event, Charley will be appearing with the City of London Winds in concert at St. Paul’s Covent Garden on October 7th.   The BBC Winds in Edmonton, London on October 21st. and a special reunion dinner for past members of the famous Sun Life Stanshawe Brass Band of Bristol on October 27th.
