03.22.2005 // Dynasty USA Welcomes The Spartans of Nashua, NH

- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - 3/22/05 Dynasty USA and The Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps proudly announce a new partnership that will have the three time Division II champions playing on new Dynasty batterie and front ensemble equipment for the 2005 season. The Spartans already use Dynasty equipment in the horn line. Peter LaFlamme, Executive Director states,

Spartans front ensemble instructor and Dynasty artist/clinician Scott Dubois says, “To be able to utilize Dynasty equipment in the front ensemble is most exciting. These are by far the most superior instruments available today. We are also looking forward to the 4 ½ octave marimbas, a first for the corps!”

Spartans percussion caption head Chris Dufault says, “The Spartans are celebrating their 50th anniversary as a drum and bugle corps. With our rich heritage, we have always tried to find something new each year to challenge the performers and our educators. I am proud to say that Dynasty USA has given us a chance to enter our next 50 years with a bold new sound and a bright new look!”

The Spartans Drum and Bugle Corps are celebrating their 50th Anniversary this year and are three time Division II World Champions, most recently the 2004 season. The Spartans were the 2003 Division II Percussion Champions. The corps has been selected five times to march in the Presidential Inaugural Parade.
