Discover Laurent Larcelot
Laurent Larcelet was born in Bar le Duc, France, in 1970 and learned to play the trombone in his hometown, then at the Conservatory of Nancy before he was admitted to Michel Becquet's class at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Lyons, where he also won a 1st prize. Prior to being granted the position of 2nd solo trombone player with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Strasbourg, he worked with various orchestras in France and other countries (Paris, Lyons, Toulouse, Nancy and Bilbao). Laurent Larcelet has been the trombone player with the renowned brass quintet "Guy Touvron" and the ensemble COULEUR CUIVRES for many years. As a graduated trombone teacher he has worked for various music schools in Alsace. Since September 2005 he has played the trombone with the famous quartet OPUS.4 - WILLSON.
